The first records of Vallacchio date back to 1313. Already at the time these lands were cultivated and inhabited. Villa Vallacchio and its lands are located in the heart of Chianti Classico, a fertile territory, unique in its views and characterized by multiple shades of green: the silvery shade of the olive trees, the brilliant tone of the vines and finally the dark shades of the cypresses.
This is the unique location where our tastings will take place, in a journey made of history, tradition and glasses of the best Chianti Classico.
"CLASSIC" TASTING
This wine and oil tasting will take you to discover the secrets, curiosities and history of the Chianti Classico vineyards and the cellars of "Villa Vallacchio".
You will taste the wines and oil of our production in combination with typical cold cuts, cheeses with our homemade mustards, “crostoni” of Tuscan Bread and other typical specialties of our territory.

This will not be just a tasting but a real journey to discover the treasures of the Chianti Classico region.
The guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, up to the most awaited moment, the one where we will be able to taste all the wines of "Villa Vallacchio", each paired with a dish of our tradition, expertly prepared by the hands of our chef.
