With our courses we want to explore each of them with you, in a unique journey to discover new flavors and aromas, surrounding by the beauty of the tuscan countryside.
FRESH PASTA
Half day to spend together in the evocative setting of the Chianti Classico, surrounded by its vineyards to discover the secrets of fresh pasta.
From tagliatelle to maltagliati, from gnocchi to potato tortelli, in a real gastronomic journey enriched by the landscape.
Lessons are held in small organized groups up to a maximum of 12 people so that everyone can fully enjoy this experience.
All dishes will be prepared with local ingredients; it will be a real journey to discover the Tuscan gastronomic culture.
At the end of the lessons we will sit at the table together to enjoy the amazing food we have prepared.
We will serve you glasses of good local wine and you will taste our delicious dessert to finish in the best way what we hope will become an unforgettable memory for you.

TASTE OF TUSCANY
Discover Tuscany with each of the five senses. Experiencing this region means being overwhelmed by its beauty, by its scents and flavors that have made it famous all over the world.
In this course we will enhance the products of this magical land in a journey of about 5 hours in the name of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
And there is no better setting than the Chianti Classico Region for this experience.
We will prepare a complete meal, from appetizer to dessert, including the bread and the “schiacciata” with oil.
The menus will always respect the seasonality of the local products.
After the lesson, seated around the table, overlooking the vineyards, we will experience the authentic flavor of Tuscany in each of the dishes prepared during the course.

PIZZA & GELATO
Water, flour and yeast. Three simple ingredients from which we will start to understand how, when combined together, they can give life to a variety of different preparations. We will start with the various flours, then move on to the different yeasts and cooking methods. Together we will make pizzas that are easily replicable even at home! And then Ice cream! Depending on the season, we will prepare wonderful ice creams and tasty sorbets that are simple to replicate!
